Preparing for Your Visit to Aracruz RE

While Aracruz RE cannot recommend a fabricator, contractor, or designer for you, we recommend:
✔ Finding someone you trust – Read Google/Yelp reviews and ask for recommendations.
✔ Clearly communicating your project scope – Ensure they understand your vision and needs.
✔ Seeking referrals – Ask friends or neighbors about their experience with fabricators.

Time Considerations

  • If your project requires multiple natural stone slabs, additional display time may be needed.
  • Arrive with an idea of preferred colors and materials for a quicker selection process.

✔ Come Prepared

  • Bring samples of cabinets, flooring, or paint swatches to help with color coordination.

✔ Children & Pets

  • Due to heavy stone slabs and forklift activity, children must be supervised at all times.
  • Service animals are allowed; all other pets must be carried or in a pet stroller.

✔ Check-in with our Front Desk or Sales Representative
We’ll ask a few key questions about your project, including your fabricator’s contact information, slab thickness, and material preferences.

✔ Enjoy Complimentary Snacks & Beverages
We offer a variety of snacks, coffee, tea, water, and soft drinks for your comfort.

✔ Viewing Our Inventory
Our stone experts will guide you through hundreds of options while prioritizing safety.

✔ Material Holds

  • Holds last 7 days for regular-priced materials and 3 days for sale items.
  • Only your fabricator/contractor/designer can request extensions, or you may secure an extended hold with a non-refundable deposit.

✔ After Your Visit – Next Steps

  • We will notify your fabricator of your selection, but it’s your responsibility to confirm details like edge requirements and slab placement.
  • Fabricators must inspect materials for size, thickness, and natural variations before fabrication.

✔ Ordering & Delivery
Once fully paid, your fabricator/contractor can arrange for pickup or delivery based on your project timeline.

✔ Hold Expiration & Payments

  • You’ll receive a hold number for your slabs. Holds expire after 7 days (regular) or 3 days (sale items).
  • Want more time? A 25% down payment extends your hold beyond 7 days.
