These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Aracruz RE (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at aracruzre.com. By using our website, submitting a form, or doing business with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we do

Aracruz RE is a stone wholesaler with two locations in Phoenix, Arizona. We import and sell:

• Granite, marble, and quartzite slabs
• Quartz surfaces, including our AcarAStone collections
• Large-format porcelain slabs
• Sinks and faucets to finish the job

We distribute stone. We don’t fabricate or install it; that work belongs to your fabricator. Availability, pricing, and scheduling can change. An inquiry or quote request isn’t a binding agreement until our team confirms it.

2. Website use

Use our website only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
• Interfere with how the website works
• Use automated tools to scrape, mine, or extract data from the site
• Reproduce, distribute, or modify content from this site without our written consent

We can restrict or end website access for anyone who violates these Terms.

3. Forms and data submission

Our website includes forms for inquiries, trade accounts, and feedback. When you submit a form:

• You agree to give accurate and complete information
• Your phone number is optional and never required
• Consent checkboxes for SMS and email are optional and unchecked by default
• All form data travels securely over HTTPS

By submitting a form, you acknowledge that we’ll use your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. SMS and text messaging terms

By checking the SMS consent box on any of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Aracruz RE. These terms apply:

• You must be 18 or older to use this SMS service.
• Consent is voluntary. You don’t need to opt in to use our website or buy from us.
• Messages may include appointment and hold confirmations, order and delivery updates, new arrivals, and offers.
• Message frequency varies. You may get recurring messages depending on your activity and preferences.
• Message and data rates may apply, based on your carrier plan.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You’ll get one confirmation and no further texts.
• For help, reply HELP to any message or call us at 602-835-7152.
• Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most major U.S. carriers. Carrier service isn’t guaranteed.

SMS consent and your phone number will never be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Email communications

If you give us your email and consent to email communications, you may receive confirmations, follow-ups, and occasional offers or new arrival news. Unsubscribe from marketing emails any time with the “Unsubscribe” link. We may still send transactional emails tied to an active order.

6. Quotes, pricing, and slab holds

The live inventory portal shows what’s on our floor, but availability isn’t guaranteed until a slab is tagged or held for you. Quotes are non-binding until confirmed. Final pricing depends on the material, the quantity, and current stock.

Slab holds are a courtesy and have a limited duration; ask our team for current hold terms when you tag your slab.

7. Third-party services

Parts of our site link to or embed services run by other companies: the StoneProfits inventory portal, Square checkout for payments, Google Forms, and YouTube videos. Those services have their own terms, and we’re not responsible for them.

8. Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to Aracruz RE and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. Don’t reproduce, distribute, or build derivative works from it without our written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

Our website and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Aracruz RE isn’t liable for:

• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in website content
• Interruptions in website availability
• Damages from your use of, or inability to use, the website
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid us for products or services in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aracruz RE, its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Changes to these terms

We can update these Terms at any time. Changes get posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
